At Cashmere Casa, we want you to feel confident and delighted with your purchase. While we do not offer returns, we are happy to provide exchanges to ensure you find the perfect piece.

• Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges only—no refunds or returns
  • Items may be exchanged within 1 month of purchase
  • A receipt is required for all exchanges
  • Once your return is received, please allow 7–10 days for processing (ONLINE)
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition (including tags and packaging)
